By using the promo code EARLYBIRD10, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

• The booking must be made at least 7 full days before your scheduled game date and time.

• The promo code EARLYBIRD10 must be entered during the booking process before payment is completed.

• The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

Promo Code Usage

• The promo code must be entered at the time of booking.

• If the code is not entered before payment is made, the discount will not be applied.

• We are unable to add the discount after a booking has been completed.

• No refunds, credits, partial refunds, or adjustments will be given for bookings where the code was not applied correctly during checkout.

Changes & Cancellations

• Bookings made using the Early Bird Offer are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Bookings made using the Early Bird Offer cannot be rescheduled, moved, amended, or exchanged for another date or time.

• If you are unable to attend your booking for any reason, the booking and discount will be forfeited.

General Terms

• The Early Bird Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, voucher, special offer, group discount, or promotional code.

• The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or suspended at any time without prior notice.

• The discount applies only to eligible bookings made directly through our website.

• Any misuse of the promotion may result in the booking being cancelled without notice.

• Room Lockdown reserves the right to refuse, amend, or cancel any booking that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
