Upon entering the premises of Room Lockdown, CCTV is in operation, this is for the safety and security of all customers and staff in the building and its contents.

After playing a game all groups have a photo taken which will be published on our social media websites : Facebook, Instagram,TripAdvisor and Flickr. If you do not wish for your photo to be displayed on our social media websites it is very important that you inform the receptionist or your game host. At this point we can offer to email it to you and a note will be put on your customer account.

When booking online or over the phone we take the following details:

• Name

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Address

• Date of Birth

• Full payment

These details are needed in order to create a booking.

We do not sell your information to any other company and we only use your details to contact you regarding the booking you have with us, this could be to confirm bookings, change, edit or delete them. Only staff within Room Lockdown have access to the booking system which is password protected and encrypted for your safety.

Your email address is used to send you a confirmation after booking and send you a follow up email regarding feedback and/or new rooms.

We must have your date of birth so we know players are eligible to play a certain game as some of our games have restrictions for eg: over 14's only.

The address supplied MUST be the address registered to the payment card to monitor fraudulent activity.

Your name will be used after playing our game if you have won to enter on our leaderboard.

Your information is kept in our customer database, this is for the purpose of returning customers, applying credit or gift vouchers to your account. Without customer information on file any credit on the account will be deleted and void.

We do not store/keep any payment card details, therefore if you wish to add extra players to your game you will have to provide these details again for the outstanding balance to be cleared. We do not store this information, this is for your safety and security.

Without all of the above information a booking WILL NOT be created.

If at any point you wish for your information to be removed from our database please email

escape@roomlockdown.com and request for your information to be removed. Please note this can not be done before you have attended your booking.

Cancellation Policy: As this is a live game there is a strict no cancellation policy in place, refunds are NOT given under any circumstances, no-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded. If you know you can not make your booking day or time let us know 48 hours in advance and we can reschedule for you

If you are calling with less than 48 hours until your booking you will NOT be rescheduled under any circumstances

No cameras, phones, torches, or any other recording devices are permitted inside our rooms

No alcohol or persons who appear to be intoxicated will be allowed to enter our rooms, your booking will be made void with no refund or reschedule

We have a strict no drug policy, anyone caught with any illegal substances will be ejected from the premises

You must arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to allow for briefing for the safety of our customers

Upon entering our premises you accept that any images or video footage can be used on social media

Management reserve the right to refuse entry without explanation
